A Message from GDHA President, Kendra McKune, RDH, BS
Each year GDHA hosts Dental Hygiene Appreciation Day at the Capitol to discuss how the legislative process works so that you can become an oral health advocate for life. We have our picture taken with the Governor and receive a proclamation from him on the important benefits dental hygienists provide to the public.
This years event will be held on Thursday, Feb 13th 2020.
We hope you will join us at the Capitol for this fun and exciting day!
Please be sure to pass this email on to other Dental Hygienists you know...
See you at the Capitol!

A message from GDHA Lobbyist Charles Craig
As we prepare for the 2020 legislative session there are a couple of tips I would like to share with you for contacting your local Representative and Senator:
1. Call or write your legislator to introduce yourself and let them know you look forward to meeting them and speaking with them at GDHA's Dental Hygiene Day at the Capitol on Feb 13th.
2. Thank them for taking the time to meet with you.
See you under the Gold Dome,
