The Division of Oral Health at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has announced an opening for the position of Public Health Educator (GS1725-12/13 Grade) in Atlanta, Georgia. This person will serve as an authority in DOH on the development and implementation of oral health promotion and prevention strategies within State Oral Disease Prevention Programs; serve as a project officer on cooperative agreements such as the CDC’s Support of State Oral Disease Prevention Programs; deliver technical assistance and consultation to professionals in a wide variety of public health settings; and provide leadership in the development, promotion and evaluation of policy strategies for oral health promotion at the Federal and state level. More than one position may be filled.
