Welcome,

For this 2008-2009 year, the South Metro Dental Hygienist’s Society meets at the Lovejoy Branch of Clayton County Library on the second Monday of September, November, February and May. One CE is available at no charge at each meeting for members and $10 for non-members, students may attend free. Our component would like to provide more opportunities for continuing education along with increasing membership and attendance at meetings.

Seriously consider becoming a part of your professional organization and attend local meetings. Dental hygiene offers great opportunities and you can be part of the vision for Georgia. With a positive attitude and commitment, dental hygienists can exceed expectations.
It is important for our profession to remain committed and involved in providing access and quality of care. Please consider joining with fellow hygienists, getting involved and sharing ideas.
