The Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is comprised of the following positions:

Voting Members:

1. President
2. Vice-President
3. President-Elect
4. Secretary
5. Treasurer
6. Immediate Past President
7. ADHA Delegates
8. All component Trustees

Non-Voting Members:

1. Speaker of the House
2. Council Chairs

Rights of the BOT:

The Board of Trustees shall be the administrative body of the GDHA vested with full voting power to conduct all business subject only to the laws of Georgia, the Articles of Incorporation, these Bylaws and the mandates of the members. In addition, the Board of Trustees shall have the power to enact interim policies between meetings of the GDHA provided that all such policies are presented to the voting membership for ratification at the next meeting following their enactment.
