Carol received her B.S. from the Medical College of Georgia, School of Dental Hygiene.  Her founding of PRN Consulting, Inc. in 1988 represents the convergence of three complementary paths.  One, her private practice experience.  Two, her continued studies in management, marketing and psychology.  Three, her time as a dental practice management consultant with a national consulting firm.   

Carol has addressed the ADA, GDA, Hinman Dental Meeting and multiple district meetings and study clubs.  She is a certified instructor in the leadership series “Effectiveness Training” developed by Thomas Gordon, PhD.  She is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Instrument used to greater human understanding and appreciation and an active member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants.   

Carol’s company actively assists dentists and dental teams in achieving their goals ranging from greater profitability to practice satisfaction.  She maintains close associations and collaborative working relationships with other dental practice management consultants who share a similar commitment to the support and success of the private practice dental professional. 

On a personal note, Carol is a divorced mom of two wonderful teenagers.  Having moved from the Atlanta suburbs 7 years ago, they reside in the North Georgia Mountains with their 3 cats, one dog, 4 horses and scattering of, as they say in the hills, “yard birds”.
